By 2025, Standard Chartered GBS India is all set to consolidate its existing offices in Chennai into one future-centric workspace. Encompassing a space of 740K square feet, the new campus will become the largest office of Standard Chartered, across the globe.
Being people-centric the campus design is focused on a hybrid work pattern that would further enhance employee wellness, engagement, and productivity with sustainable measures.
Additionally, this campus will also achieve a lower carbon footprint for its design & operations and has recently obtained the Platinum rating of LEED v4 Building Design & Construction: Core and Shell Development from U.S. Green Building Council & Green Business Certification Inc.
The campus also takes care of the all-round development of our colleagues with facilities like restaurants, cafés, a wellness centre, gym, creche, and a medical centre.
