Making a Difference

Giving back to society is deeply rooted in each one of us and creating meaningful impact is a part of our DNA. Every year, a large number of GBS India employee volunteers, across Chennai and Bengaluru, demonstrate their commitment to supporting the environment and communities by volunteering their time. Our Employee Volunteering (EV) programmes provide a diverse and hybrid model of community service events that are alligned to our Global Themes and yet are meangingful to the immediate local community.

Some of the major areas our employees contributed were :

Education
Creating 1500 learning aids

Environment
Creating 46,000 seed balls & trees; five beach & lake clean up drives

Humanitarian
Preparing 5000 meals and donating 400 units of blood through office-based drives
