The Network and Nostro Management unit is responsible for establishing better commercial discipline around third-party spend, enhance governance around third-party relationships, improve intraday liquidity management and improve operation hygiene from account opening to reconciliation of the Bank’s Nostro accounts. The unit comprises of three sub functions: Network Management Centre of Excellence, Treasury Services and Global Reconciliation Unit.
