Flexible Working & Time Away

Our teams can avail 21 vacation days each year, this is in addition to public holidays. Apart from this they also have the opportunity to avail paid leaves through volunteering activities that support our CSR agenda. Our unlimited Sick Leave and Long Term Sickness Leave enables teams to prioritise their health when needed, without worrying about work. Our flexible and hybrid working arrangements which are subject to role-specific considerations enable teams to choose the way they want to work.
